1. Are these artificial or fresh/dried flowers?
We only work with artificial flowers. They are made of fabric, some of them are silky.
2. How long does it take to process an order and delivery time?
We strive to process orders on the site first. On average, the processing time is about 2 weeks. Contact us if you want to speed up the processing time of your order.
3.What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, you may request a photo of your order prior to shipping. It's free, you should leave a note to the order - a photo report. We will send photos to your email and wait for confirmation within 3 days.
We can cancel an order and issue a full refund if your order has not been shipped.
4. If I place multiple orders for the same items at different times, will I receive identical items?
Unfortunately, no. Some flowers or leaves may differ in shape, but in general, they will be items in the same color scheme as previous items, so the differences will be almost invisible.
5. Why is green glue visible at the bottom of the stems?
The wire we work with is very sharp, we especially apply glue to the bottom of the stems so that bride or bridesmaids don’t get hurt or tear expensive dresses. This glue is not visible in wedding photos. If you wish, you can remove it easily by pulling it down.
6. Why is the bouquet flat at the back?
a. The bouquet of this shape looks best in pictures.
b. In this way, we make the bouquet lighter, because the bride holds the bouquet all day long.
c. A bridesmaid bouquet contains a small number of flowers, so we place all the flowers in front so that the bouquet looks beautiful and lush in wedding pictures.
7. How far in advance should I purchase flowers?
I recommend placing an order 4-5 months before the wedding. These are artificial flowers and can be stored for many years, but the glue may dry out and some of the heads or leaves may fall off. They can be easily attached back with hot glue, but to avoid the additional hassle, I recommend placing an order closer to the wedding.
8.What should I do if I have not received my order within the stated time?
Contact us as soon as possible, we will do our best to solve the delivery problem or if the order was lost by the shipping company - make and send a new order as soon as possible.
