1. Are these artificial or fresh/dried flowers?
We work exclusively with artificial flowers. Our flowers are made of high-quality fabric, including soft, silky textures that look and feel realistic.
2. How long does it take to process an order and delivery time?
We prioritize orders placed directly on our website. The average processing time is approximately 2 weeks. If you need your order sooner, please contact us in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
3.What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we offer a free photo preview of your order before shipping. To request it, simply leave a note with your order (e.g., “photo report”). We’ll email you photos and wait for your confirmation within 3 days.
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as it has not yet shipped.
4. If I place multiple orders for the same items at different times, will I receive identical items?
While we use the same color palette, minor variations in flower types or shapes may occur due to stock availability. However, the overall look and style will remain consistent, and differences will be barely noticeable.
5. Why is green glue visible at the bottom of the stems?
For safety reasons, we apply green glue to the ends of the stems to cover sharp wires and prevent injury or damage to delicate fabrics. This glue is not visible in wedding photos, and if desired, it can be easily removed by gently sliding it downward.
6. Why is the bouquet flat at the back?
This design helps the bouquet photograph beautifully from the front.
It reduces the overall weight, making it more comfortable to carry throughout the day.
Bridesmaid bouquets are typically smaller, so arranging all flowers in front makes them appear fuller and more elegant in photos.
7. How far in advance should I purchase flowers?
At Kochetova Flowers, we work exclusively with artificial flowers that maintain their beauty for many years. This means you can place your order at any time that’s convenient for you, whether you're planning well in advance or just getting started.
However, we recommend placing your order no later than 2 months before your wedding date to ensure availability and allow enough time for production and delivery — especially for custom orders or large collections.
8.What should I do if I have not received my order within the stated time?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping company to resolve it promptly.
If your order was lost in transit, we will recreate and reship your items at no additional cost to you.
